Who We Are
At Mpress Dance, we believe in the power of dance as a vehicle for self-expression, self-love, and self-care. Dance offers a unique channel for artistic communication, promoting emotional release and reducing stress. Engaging in dance provides a joyful outlet that enhances mood, boosts confidence, and fosters a stronger mind-body connection. Our mission is to create a nurturing space where every girl can find her voice, embrace her uniqueness, and flourish in her journey towards self-empowerment.
We are committed to providing a supportive environment where girls can freely express themselves, building their confidence and inner strength, teaching our girls to embrace who they are and not conform to who society says they should be. As they explore the beauty of movement, they will discover newfound resilience, preparing them to handle life's challenges with grace and poise.

Why Mpress Dance?
Enrolling your daughter in Mpress Dance Company will strengthen her self love, and confidence to be the person she wants to be. We at Mpress teach our girls it is okay to speak your mind and simply be you. We focus on building her self-esteem, so she has the confidence to be herself in any given situation. Being a part of MDA cultivates friendships, and positive relationships with other young girls.

Our program will meet weekly in person on Saturdays. Dance sessions will be broken up into developmental age groups to ensure girls are participating in age appropriate activities.
We help our girls be powerful, fearless, confident and bold, honest and trustworthy young women. We are a program that teaches our girls to embrace who they are and not conform to who society says they should be.
