What does being a part of MHD mean to you?
MHD is HEALTHY! Mental health is SO important...without a stable foundation, everything we do is affected. Being a part of MHD helps me feel positive about bringing mental health into the mainstream, which is SO important for all ages, but especially today's youth. But also - being a part of MHD helps me prioritize my own mental health!! Helping others helps yourself, too! And that's a bonus!!
